| Inspired by a highly enlightened Individual
– Shree Shree Sombargiri Goswami and his teachings, a
group of well established, educated and talented individuals
migrated to the USA. While engaging in their respective professional
and societal activities, they invested considerable time in
preserving the value of their culture, spirituality, health
and education. This group identified itself as the “So-Hum
Parivar” signifying a family united through understanding
of the omniscient (can use “unifying” instead of
omniscient if you like) life force – the Prana.
The second generation of this “So-Hum Parviar”
strives today to further enhance the achievements of this
group through the attainment of higher education and practice
of scientific techniques for promoting quality of life and
spirituality. This group, known as the “Bal Sohum Parivar”
(Bal meaning the new, young and energetic generation of individuals)
consists of lawyers, doctors, engineers, business graduates,
pharmacists, and so on. These individuals are committed even
more to the cause of education, high thinking and quality
of life.
